In partner dancing respect towards others is very important. Please respect the personal space, beliefs and cultural differences of others. SoFestival aims to provide an atmosphere for everyone to enjoy.

Dancing has to be fun for everyone. It is encouraged and appreciated to accept any request to dance. Having a good time does not evolve around yours and the others dance level, respect the differences.

As latin dancing involves close contact with other visitors, all visitors should take good care of their personal hygiene. Please make sure you follow this to the best of your abilities.

Listen to our workshop givers so everyone can enjoy the full hour of learning and dancing. Make sure your mobile phone is muted or switched off. When the instructors are talking, be quiet so everyone can follow along. Lastly, be on time so everyone can utilize the full workshop.

Follow the rules of the location and don't bring your own drinks and food. Excluded is bringing water bottles to the workshops, which is allowed. SoFestival is guest at the location and we intend to stay in good contact with them.

Both physical as mental violence is not tolerated at all. This includes all forms of harassment, racism and aggression. Not only towards another person this is not tolerate, but also not towards the properties of SoFestival, the location or others.

Visitors causing damages to any of the location, SoSalsa or sub-contractor properties will be subjected to provide financial reimbursement as further defined in the Terms and Conditions.
